工作职责
Responsibilities
General This position will be responsible for whole management of the sales target and forces in South/West region of China.
1 Formulate and execute sales strategies for assigned classes of trade. Generate yearly sales target and budget plan and lead sales team to achieve sales target within sales budget.
2 Establish and maintain successful relationship with current channels/key accounts/distributors.Be able to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies or projects to maximize market share and profit.
3 Responsible for the whole P&L and finance status(AR/Inventory/Cost) of South/West Region. Keep abreast of local market in terms of commercial environment,market traits as well as competitors' status.
4 Work closely with Marketing department to plan and execute sales activities.Make effort to long-term branding and image development and standard setting.
5 Cooperate with HR or related department on hiring new local sales employees,training,developing and evaluating sales team.
Qualification
1 Bachelor degree or above in sales & marketing related field.
2 Min 10 years commercial experiences in well-known Retail/FMCG company, in which 3 years leadership roles in regional sales supervision.
3 Expert knowledge in commercial practices in the region while great understanding of local commerical environment and culture.
4 Strong analytical and planning skills and strategic thinking.Excellent interpersonal, influence skill and leadship.Ability to work under press and tight schedule.
5 Fluent in both oral and written English/Chinese.
